Holidays can be a joyful time, but they can also be stressful. I plan to stay healthy through the holiday's all the way to New Years.

Thanksgiving and Christmas seem to be the time when we gain weight. Staying away from all the foods that we love is hard. I have been packing my lunch daily to work, so I can try to maintain a healthy diet. I’m human so I stray away at times but staying consistent is key. I also save a lot of money during the week.
Everyone tries to make a weight loss or working out goal after Christmas for the New Year. Why wait? Start now and that way you’ll be ahead of the goal you're trying to make. I exercise in the morning before work at least three times a week. I also attend spin class on Saturday mornings. Find a workout routine that’s best for you.
Find Ways to De-stress
Holidays can be stressful financially and personally. Find ways to De-stress like exercising, meditate, listen to music, or take a warm bath.
Don’t forget about yourself
Treat yourself this holiday. We send a lot of time thinking about others during the holidays. Don’t forget about you this holiday. You can never go wrong looking out for yourself.
