My workout playlist

The difference between a good workout and an alright workout is definitely the music.
Have you ever just heard a song that made you run a little harder or lift heavier weights?
If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I purchased my cycle bike back in June of this year. I love cycling, and I use to go to classes at the YMCA. Due to the coronavirus, I was not able to do group classes anymore. So, from March until July I hadn’t been on a bike. So, I finally broke down and bought my own.
One thing that I missed about the cycling class was the music and how it made the class fly by. It’s something about a song with the right beat, rhythm, and voice.
It’s something about each of these songs that keeps me going when I workout.
So, without further ado, here is my playlist,
